Helping to Cure MS One Step at a Time

Each year the Multiple Sclerosis Society organizes walks around the country to help raise funds and awareness of this hard to diagnose and potentially crippling disease. Called Walk MS, this charity walk series takes place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually.

This year, the Farmington office participated in one of the local walks in West Hartford, CT. It was a crisp but sunny morning as 14 employees and their families gathered to walk 2.5 miles in support of this charitable cause. The team walked in honor of their friends and family members who have been affected by this disease. While employees did some fundraising on their own, the Charitable Trust also contributed to Team OneBeacon, in total raising more than $2,000 for this worthy cause. Check out the photos below of the team and their families!
