Wondering how we process requests?

Just in case you’re wondering how we consider the many requests we see from employees and agents/brokers — the Trust Committee meets biweekly to consider all requests over $500. All sponsorship requests go to our Tax department for review first and then we discuss them in our next meeting.  We meet on Thursdays; our next session scheduled for December 9.  All pending requests are discussed and unless further information is necessary, we decide right there and let you know the outcome  immediately.

I’m pleased to say that the vast majority of requests are honored; only occasionally do we receive an inquiry for an organization that isn’t an IRS qualified nonprofit.

Requests under $500 simply require the approval of the department manager and just one Trust representative. Let us know if you have any questions on process!
